ZimSchools is the digital home for Zimbabwean alumni. We provide a central directory for heritage schools, colleges, and universities, allowing former students to reconnect, network, and preserve their school's legacy.

We currently have over 600+ Zimbabwean schools listed. You can find yours by visiting the School Directory and using the search bar. If your school is missing, please use the form on our [Contact Page] to request its addition.

ZimSchools offers a high-trust environment to reach a diverse audience of Zimbabwean professionals and graduates worldwide. Contact us to discuss:

Member Rewards

At ZimSchools, we reward our most active community builders through our Monthly Alumni Awards. Rather than small individual commissions, we put our resources into significant monthly prizes for those who truly help us grow.

What are the current Prizes?

  • The Top Ambassador Award ($50): Every month, the member with the highest number of successful referrals (who have joined at least one school group) wins a $50 cash award.

  • The "Power 10" Lucky Draw ($20): If you refer 10 or more active alumni in a single month, you are automatically entered into a random draw for a $20 prize.

  • The "Heritage Guardian" Status: Reach 50 lifetime referrals to earn a permanent verified badge on your profile, identifying you as a pillar of the ZimSchools community.

Winners are announced on the 1st of every month on our homepage and via our official Alumni Newsletter.

We coordinate with winners directly to send funds via EcoCash, InnBucks, Western Union, MoneyGram or PayPal.

To keep the ZimSchools community authentic and high-quality, a referral only counts toward the Monthly Awards once the new member becomes "Active." An Active Alumnus is someone who has:

  1. Confirmed their email address (to prevent bot accounts).

  2. Joined at least one School Group (e.g., their Primary or High School).

  3. Uploaded a Profile Photo (so classmates can recognize them). Note: Our system automatically verifies these steps before updating your position on the Leaderboard.

Memberships

Once you are logged in, navigate to the Schools tab, find your school, and click "Join School." You will then be able to post updates, share photos, and see fellow alumni.

Click on the "Lost Password" link on the login page. You will receive an email to reset it. If you don't see the email, please check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder.

Yes. You have full control over your privacy. You can go to Account Settings > Privacy to decide who can see your profile, your friends list, and your school activity.

School Representatives & Moderators Are you an active member of your Old Boys or Old Girls association? We are looking for Official School Representatives to help moderate their respective school communities. As a moderator, you can:

  • Verify Alumni: Ensure the "Schoolmates" in your group are genuine.

  • Curate History: Upload heritage photos and school achievements.

  • Lead the Conversation: Post updates about reunions and school projects.

  • Apply via the form below to become a Moderator for your school.

Community

If you are a school administrator or a senior alumni representative and your school isn't listed, please contact us. We manually verify all school entries to maintain the integrity of our directory.

The best way to help is to invite your former classmates! Use the "Invite" feature within your school group or share your school’s unique ZimSchools link in your old class WhatsApp groups.

We maintain a high standard for our community. If you see something that doesn't belong, send us a message, and our moderation team will review it within 24 hours.
